Plan to introduce EMC laboratory

With the increasing complexity of the electromagnetic environment in our living space and the wide application of electronic technology in various industries, the problems of electronic drive electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) will become increasingly prominent, and the corresponding testing methods must be improved. Zhaowei plans in the early stage of construction The introduction of .EMC laboratories, the ability to produce electronically driven equipment or systems that operate compliantly in their electromagnetic environment without causing intolerable electromagnetic interference to any equipment in their environment.

The EMC electromagnetic compatibility laboratory operates in strict accordance with the laboratory quality assurance system ISO/IEC17025. The hardware includes: 966 anechoic room, 743 anechoic room, conductive shielding room, electrostatic (ESD) test room, and anti-interference laboratory. Schwarzbeck, NSA, SVWSR and other industry companies manufacture and contract, laying the foundation for the laboratory to issue accurate and reliable test data.

The ZEISS METROTOM is a CT sensor-based coordinate measuring machine that combines the functional advantages of X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

Industrial CT is positioned in non-destructive testing, mainly used for internal defects, pores, cracks, impurities and three-dimensional assembly structures, etc., and more importantly for non-destructive geometric size measurement, color difference digital-to-analog comparison, non-destructive internal defects and assembly structure analysis.

It has the technical characteristics of traceability measurement performance, high-precision components of the core coordinate measuring machine, CAA error compensation, self-calibration device and intelligent measurement platform.
